Email servers are blocking lots of emails lately in an attempt to cut down on spam emails. Our ordering/payment process depends on you being able to receive an order confirmation email which is automatically generated by the shopping cart. If you making a payment via Paypal and you are unsure of whether or not your order has been successful, simply check your Paypal account to see if payment has been made. If it hasn't please call us or email us and we will be able to help.

IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK  - We are happy to ship products worldwide but the shop software is not set to calculate shipping costs outside the UK. If you are ordering from outside of the UK simply place your order and when you arrive at the checkout, press the Place Order Now » button. Your order will be sent to us and we will calculate the shipping costs and email you with the invoice for the total amount.
